RESERVATIONS & INQUIRIES
The Blue Otter Maison requires a deposit of 50% down upon booking. The additional balance of 50% is due 72 hours prior to occupancy. We graciously offer a 14 day cancellation policy (you will not be charged if you cancel more than 14 days prior to occupancy).
NOTE: The Blue Otter Maison is NOT responsible for weather and lake conditions and does not issue refunds or discounts based on poor weather.
